BED AND FURNITURE SYSTEMS
High resilient polyurethane foam has an open-cell structure that provides increased comfort, support and durability to office chairs, cushions and furniture, compared to traditional foams that harden and compress over time. Osa Polyurethane MDI based systems are the preferred raw materials for high resilience foam, combustion modified, office chairs, cushions, medical pillows, bedding and furniture.
The foam moulding process is mainly used for the production process of furniture parts. Moulds are filled with liquid polyurethane chemicals and then these chemicals are expected to react and fill the mould shapes. The mould provides unlimited design freedom, high quality fit and finish and integration of supporting parts. Osa Polyurethane offers a wide range of density foam systems for furniture parts moulded with Flex systems.
